Vantage Point Apartments allows dogs and cats
We welcome pets upon approval
There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment with a maximum combined weight of 200 pounds

Pet Fees

$300 pet fee for first pet, $200 pet fee for second pet
$20 per month per pet

5 Star Review: I have lived here for a month. There were a couple issues upon move in but the maintenance crew is awesome got everything fixed for me the first week. Ask for TaShari(she is the best). No parking issues and the apartment is super spacious (2/2). Complex is quiet and I have 2 friendly neighbors. Pet friendly and I had a good move in special. Some things are a little outdated but for the price, this is the best deal in town

I love this complex. The units are nice and clean. Everyone working in the office is extremely kind and helpful when you need assistance. It's in a great location. The neighbors are questionable sometimes, but never mean. Great and affordable pace to live as a young adult in Little Rock!

I haven’t had a bad experience living here. Lived in building B a couple years ago and enjoyed it well. Clean apartment and didn’t have any issues. Just moved back in this past month and it’s been such a smooth move. Managment is lovely to work with and apartment was clean.

I love living here! I just recently moved back here last month after moving out in 2018. I’ve always enjoyed living here. Never had any problems. The location is great! Minutes from down town, and very close to upscale neighborhoods, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Really reasonably priced apartments that are spacious and very well kept.
