Our Pet Policy

• WE ACCEPT ALL BREEDS!
• Vantage Point Apartments allows dogs and cats
• We welcome pets upon approval
• There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment with a maximum combined weight of 200 pounds

Pet Fees

• $300 pet fee for first pet, $200 pet fee for second pet
• $20 per month per pet
